I’m passionate about small businesses because they represent the backbone of Arizona’s economy and the heart of the American dream. As a small business owner myself, I understand the challenges entrepreneurs face: rising costs, excessive regulation, and government red tape that too often stifles growth. I believe the government’s role should be to empower, not hinder, those willing to take risks, create jobs, and strengthen our communities through hard work and innovation.
I believe the Constitution’s guarantee of the right to bear arms is fundamental to preserving every other liberty we hold dear. I will always stand against efforts to erode that right and will fight to ensure Arizona remains a state that respects and protects responsible gun ownership.
During my time at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, I worked closely with Border Patrol and saw firsthand the challenges our agents face every day from human trafficking and drug smuggling to the strain on our justice system. I believe in strong, enforceable borders, not open ones. Protecting our sovereignty means upholding the law, supporting those on the front lines, and ensuring Arizona remains safe, secure, and free.
Too many of our veterans face barriers to quality healthcare, employment, and the support they deserve after serving this nation. My experience has shown me that bureaucracy too often stands in the way of real help. I’m committed to cutting through the red tape, improving access to mental health care, streamlining benefits, and ensuring no Arizona veteran is left behind. Our state should lead by example, honoring our heroes not just with words, but with action.
My passion for improving disability care comes from professional experience and personal understanding. As a veteran living with a traumatic brain injury and chronic headaches, I’ve seen how difficult it can be to navigate a system that’s supposed to help. Too often, people with disabilities are met with delays, confusion, and red tape instead of compassion and support. I’m committed to changing that. Arizona must do better in ensuring that every person with a disability has access to timely care, rehabilitation, and the resources they need to live independently and with dignity.
